Gabriel Widi, M.D.

Gabriel Widi MD, MHS, is a fellowship trained neurosurgeon with vast experience in acute injury and disease of cranial, spine, and peripheral nerves. Dr. Widi focuses on providing his patients the best options available to restore movement and return to the activities they enjoy without debilitating back pain. Dr. Widi emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and care for back and neck disorders working collaboratively with pain management physicians and physical therapists. When conservative care fails, Dr. Widi is trained in the most advanced surgical options including motion preservation techniques and technologies such as artificial disc replacement, dynamic stabilization, interbody fusion, micro discectomy and other procedures to promote faster healing, fewer complications, and excellent results.

Dr. Widi is a graduate of the Yale University School of Medicine and completed his neurosurgery residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. During this time, he also completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery. Dr. Widi is available for consultation for patients with brain and spine conditions including back pain, neck pain, bone spurs, bulging disc, collapsed disc, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, scoliosis, SI joint pain, spinal stenosis, median nerve injuries and carpal tunnel syndrome.
